Warranty. All work undertaken by us will be covered for a period of 12 months from invoice.
The following exception will apply:-
(a) If repairs carried out has in our opinion been the subject of abuse or neglect.
(b) If it is evident that an unauthorised repair has been attempted.
(Please make us aware of any problems as soon as possible in order for us to effect a speedy repair).
Parts fitted by KDR Leisure (Mobile) Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions of any warranty set out by the manufacturers.
Damp work & Reseals.
A 12 month warranty will apply only to the specific areas worked on.
(a) Water ingress from areas not in the immediate area worked on.
(b) High readings not evident at the time of our original inspection.
Work quoted for will be fixed for 60 days. Price quotes will be in writing and please bring this with you if you wish to have the work done.
Prices quoted for damp work will only be fixed for 30 days due to the possibility of further damage if work is delayed.
